Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dynasty browser game (the “Service”) at thedynastygame.com or play.thedynastygame.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dynasty is a free-to-play, browser-based political and economic simulation game. Players manage dynasties, companies, and political careers within a fictional game world. The Service is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service includes simulated gambling mechanics (Casino) and unmoderated communication with other users, and is not intended for minors. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Account Registration
To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide a valid email address for account verification.
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account per player. Each individual may create and use only a single account. Multi-accounting — creating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one account, for any reason and regardless of intent — is strictly prohibited. This applies even where no bans or game mechanics are being circumvented. Violation of this rule results in the permanent suspension of every account involved.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempt to access, modify, or damage the server infrastructure.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Create or use more than one account (multi-accounting is strictly prohibited under any circumstances — see Section 4).
6. User-Generated Content & Moderation
The Service includes communication features (global chat, private messages, party messages) and customisable text fields. You are solely responsible for any content you create, post, or transmit through the Service (“User Content”).
You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal material.
- Spam, scams, or sharing of others’ personal data without consent.
We provide in-game tools to report objectionable content. While we do not pre-screen every message, we reserve the right — but assume no obligation — to monitor, remove, or edit User Content, and to mute or ban any account, at our sole discretion and without notice. Upon becoming aware of illegal content we will act expeditiously to remove it and, where required by law, may disclose relevant information to competent authorities.
Communications may be logged and retained for safety, moderation, and legal-compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. By posting User Content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the Service.
7. Game Content & Virtual Items
All in-game items, currency, and progress exist solely within the game environment. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove game content at any time without compensation.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership. Copyright © 2026 Dynasty. All rights reserved. Dynasty — including its source code and server logic, its game systems, rules and economy, its artwork, avatar illustrations and icons, its user interface, page layout and stylesheets, its written text and descriptions, the names of its nations, institutions, items and locations, and its overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of Dynasty and its creators. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.
What you may not do. Except as expressly permitted below, you may not, in whole or in part:
- Copy, reproduce, mirror, republish, or distribute any part of the Service, including its HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, or written text.
- Create a derivative, adapted, translated, or reskinned version of the Service, or operate any game or website substantially based on it.
- Extract content by automated means — scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading — whether or not that content is publicly reachable.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying design of the Service.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, or origin marker contained in the Service or in the files it delivers.
- Use any part of the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model.
What you may do. We welcome players sharing the game. You may freely take screenshots and record video of your own play, stream it, and publish guides, reviews, wikis, and fan content, provided you credit Dynasty and link to thedynastygame.com, do not present the material as your own game, and do not reproduce the game’s code, stylesheets, or image files.
Origin markers. The Service and the files it delivers contain technical measures that identify their origin. These measures form part of the work and may not be removed or altered. Where such markers appear in material published elsewhere, that is evidence the material was copied from the Service.
Enforcement. Where we identify infringing material we may, without prior notice, submit removal requests to the infringing site’s hosting provider, domain registrar, content delivery network, app store, or search engine; suspend or terminate any associated account; and pursue any remedy available under applicable copyright law, including damages and injunctive relief. Our failure to act on any breach does not waive our right to act on it later.
Reporting infringement. If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights, or you have found material elsewhere that appears copied from Dynasty, please write to support@thedynastygame.com with the location of the material and a description of the rights concerned.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dynasty and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of game progress or data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
