Life Insurance
A Private Bank owner (holding the Economics Degree) can sell life insurance policies: each product defines a premium, payout, duration, and minimum health/age requirements to claim. A player may hold at most one policy at a time. Once approved by the bank, the premium money is moved into a segregated insurance_reserve that is completely immune to withdrawals, loans, burglary and seizure — it can only ever be paid out as a claim. Premiums are billed annually; missing 2 consecutive years lapses the policy with no refund. On the policyholder's death, the payout is released from the reserve into their estate only if their Health at death met the policy's minimum health requirement. A death at 0 health never pays out, whatever the policy requires and even if it requires nothing: reaching zero is the one death a player can choose, and insuring yourself before letting go would be a suicide with a premium attached. A murdered policyholder is judged on the Health they had before the blow, so murder is covered normally.
